Welcome to Dreaming Nina Drawings!
(Nina, our dog, spends a lot of time snoozing. Ergo, I have lots of drawings of her in her various snooziferous poses.)
I’ve been doing a sketch a day since August 2018. Gathered here are some of them, organized more or less by themes I seem to return to: animals, medieval odds and ends, Japanese prints, trees, copies of paintings I admire, and so on.
Perhaps you already draw regularly; if not, perhaps you’ll be inspired to try yourself. The practice is simple (the perfect is a little more elusive). You don’t need much to start, and messing up is part of the process.
